Comprised of a forward-thinking, results-driven, decisive, and high-energy team, AFG provides strategic management, comprehensive portfolio development, and collaborative product development across all aspects of the acquisition life cycle to government agencies. AFG brings together Military-retired and Civilian acquisition, program management, operations, and system engineering subject matter experts with skilled proficiency to influence actions, results, and decisions at all leadership levels. Specifically, AFG engages with Program Managers to Assess current state, Decide on priorities, Execute to plan, Perform within cost and schedule, and Traverse the program life cycle from strategy development through solution delivery to optimize synchronization, collaboration, and communications.
